15 Day Return Policy
The owners of Turtle Universe LLC personally select or design all the merchandise for sale on our site, and we trust that you will like what you puchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 15 days of the shipping date for a prompt refund or exchange. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In addition, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the item returned.
